About the Role
As Project Engineer (BULK EARTHWORKS) you will be working FIFO 2/1 ex-Perth to a large WA mine site project. You will be assigned to support the delivery of a large package of bulk earthworks scope by providing technical input to site construction activities working in close liaison with the site management team. You will provide guidance on technical queries for the construction delivery team, manage sub-contractors, monitor progress and QA, and ensure safety compliance at all times. On offer will be a terrific Base Salary + Super (+30% site uplift). This will be based on your existing level of experience.
Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Approximately 5-7 years' of site construction experience as Project/Site Engineer on large BULK EARTHWORKS scopes of work for top-tier civil contractors in Australia
- Project Engineer experience on BULK EARTHWORKS projects on mine site infrastructure or industrial developments is essential (ie. site preparation, rail formation, haul/access roads)
- Previous exposure working on FIFO basis preferred as this is a requirement in this role
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead others
- Perth based with existing rights to work in Australia (*Non-negotiable)
