An opportunity exists for a Site Asset Reliability Technician to join the Tumbarumba site on a full-time basis. This position will identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect the plant or business operations.

  • Identification and implementation of appropriate maintenance strategies for the various assets to support the maintenance and operational reliability objectives

The successful person will have the following

 

  • High attention to detail with strong time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Have demonstrated ability to lead, facilitate, coach and mentor cross functional teams in the application of RCM or similar type methodologies, Root Cause Analysis, Condition Monitoring, Practical Problem Solving etc.
  • An appropriate Tertiary Qualification or a relevant Trade Certificate with appropriate experience
  • Proven experience in High speed manufacturing or automated process plants working in a similar role
