You will be an integral part of our team of impassioned, creative, and fun-loving learning and development professionals, by developing, providing content, planning, organising, and leading training classes.
The day to day will involve:
- Facilitate training and assessment
- Provide ongoing support to learners
- Manage customer relationships during and after training courses to ensure customer satisfaction
- Solicit and review feedback from students and key stakeholders (including schools and Government departments)
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative ways to educate and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives
You will work mainly in SE Queensland, both on-site (in Brisbane CBD) and occasionally off-site in schools within a 30 minute radius.
About You
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your experience and knowledge within the education industry.
Ideally you will possess:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Relevant engineering qualifications, preferably Diploma level
- Ability to adapt to evolving products and technology
- A passion for learning, educating, and a commitment to service
- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
- Willingness to travel as required
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong desire and flexibility to be a part of a high growth company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a fast-paced, result-oriented culture
