ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Fire Protection Engineer/Designer reporting directly to an Associate, you will be be exposed to all aspects of engineering including design, coordination, site visits, project management and documentation. You will be working closely along side a team of skilled Senior and Intermediate Engineers where you will collaborate on a regular basis.
DUTIES.
- Design and documentation of wet and dry fire services
- Client interaction and management throughout the project life cycle
- Project management and regular site visitations
- Working within the project team and passing of knowledge
- Upwards of 2 years experience in the fire industry (ideally completing fire services design)
- Tertiary qualification relevant to Fire or engineering
- Experience using Revit MEP is highly desirable (or willing to learn software)
- Ability to confidently interact with key stakeholders and to manage projects
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
