WSP’s Water team deliver a suite of services including asset design, construction project management and asset management of storm water, waste water and potable water supply.
 
WSP currently have the technical capacity and motivation to deliver on numerous major State infrastructure projects.

Working within an existing WSP water team, you will fulfil the role of a Water Servicing Coordinator on multiple transport projects within the Greater Sydney region to join our growing Water team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact for all project related matters relevant to the Developer works and all accredited providers
• Monitor construction of project works
• Undertake standard Sydney Water Inspections and Connections
• Liaise with Sydney Water’s Asset Inspection Services (AIS) team regarding start, disinfection, pre-connection inspection, shutdowns and connection activities
• Liaise with Sydney Water’s Networks (Service Delivery) team regarding shutdowns, temporary connection works and planned inspections
• Prepare a Flow Management Plan (FMP) that meets compliance with Sydney Water’s operational requirements, where applicable
• Prepare and submit request for Bonding Arrangements
• Ensure that Standards used by the WSC, Designer and Constructor are current

To be successful:

• Min 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Some or All of Sydney Water Accreditation desired (FIFM, W1, W2, W3, S1, S2)
• Knowledge or of WSSA codes and Sydney Water systems and practices
• Good knowledge of Sydney Water WSC site requirements
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Ability to work to deadlines and see tasks through to completion
• Projects a credible image and inspires confidence
• Adaptable and able to think outside the square
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Ability to work autonomously
