We Are:
A National Campion In Advanced Pumping Technologies, specialising in Engineered Solutions for Mining, Manufacturing & Heavy Industry. With massive multimillion dollar investments in R&D internationally my client showcase a range of Engineering Pump Solutions for the toughest industry requirements. Due to the massive success of the business Nationally, we are now seeking the Talents of a Project & Applications specialist to work Nationally from Adelaide.
The Role:
2018 has opened up an exclusive opportunity, due to expansion. We require a technical professional to support the Sales Director on Key Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a High Level of Technical Support to the National Sales & Projects team.
- Pump Selection to Tier 1 Clients.
- Provide Costing & Margin / Pricing Summaries to Key Clients.
- Prepare Quotes, Technical Scheduling, Perform Supplier Negotiations.
- Assist in the negotiations with the sales team on Mining & Process Slurry Projects.
- Provide technical advice and presentations to Engineers and Project Managers.
- Maintain the obvious job functions of high performing professional and hold yourself to a high standard to get the most out of yourself and clients.
- Travel internationally to suppliers and meet external stakeholders.
The Candidate:
- 3+ Years Applications Engineering / Project Engineering with Slurry Pumps experience.
- You will be passionate about people and have a positive outlook on life.
- You have excellent communication skills & attention to detail.
- Engineering qualifications.
- You will have experience working autonomously and you can effectively self manage.
- You will have strong contract negotiation and closing skills.
- You will desire a long-term role with many opportunities for advancement.
- You are professional, polished and seek a long-term commercial role in which your stability ultimately relies on your performance.
The Rewards:
A salary of $90,000 - $110,000 + Super + Bonus (Package Negotiable). This will be renegotiated based on your performance in the role. You will be joining the company at a very exciting time the business is experiencing steady growth and therefore these early stages of success will put you as a front runner for promotions as the business continues to grow.
