We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our well-respected Baulkham Hills team. At Calibre our ethos is to develop local relationships with clients while leveraging our national and international expertise to deliver on projects. Our current portfolio of projects range from the large sized to small across a number of markets, affording our team the freedom and flexibility to develop well-rounded professional skills.
This role will have an interesting focus on managing small to large projects, working with clients as well as overseeing the design of a broad range of projects and mentoring a professional yet vibrant team. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and prepare designs and documentation for civil infrastructure projects
- Manage a variety of interesting projects
- Mentor and train less experienced staff
- Ensure company and client deadlines, commitments and expectations are met
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Possess a degree in Civil Engineering
- Demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience ideally in a consultancy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong capabilities in design and documentation with experience using 12D and AutoCAD
