What are we looking for?

With one of the strongest and most broadly skilled transportation engineering and consultancy teams in Sydney, Arcadis is looking to further improve our offering to clients through recruitment of a senior role within our NSW team to:

  • Lead diverse engineering and environmental teams to deliver development phase projects for NSW Government clients;
  • Identify opportunities, develop pursuits, develop winning strategies and lead bids to secure new early development phase projects;
  • Project Manage development phase projects;
  • Deliver high quality outcomes for our clients; and
  • Drive project performance through service delivery, commercial success and high quality technical outcomes.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual that enjoys working as part of a high performing team to deliver outstanding results. Key skills and experience should include:

  • Approximately 15 years of more industry experience;
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or environmental science;
  • A track record in successful delivery of early development phase planning projects in NSW;
  • Suitable experience and understanding of the client side processes (including environmental approval processes) involved in delivery of early development phase projects to enable you to plan out delivery of
  • Experience working within NSW government agencies involved in projects during the development phase, particularly TfNSW and RMS, is a definite advantage
  • Experience and understanding of delivery of Strategic and Final Business Cases for transport projects in NSW
  • A broad network of industry contacts
