Reporting to the Specialist Lighting Design Group Leader, this team is looking for a dynamic individual who demonstrates attention to detail, has competent communication skills and an enthusiasm to learn.
ROLE
- Attend client meetings and site inspections
- Providing detailed lighting designs as required
- Assisting Specialist Lighting Design Group Leader as required
- Complete assigned lighting design activities within the team - concept to completion
- Ensure work is consistently completed to a high standard
- Complete work is carried out in accordance with applicable codes, standards & procedures
- Ensuring costs are effectively controlled on assigned work and ensuring work is completed on time
- Managing assigned work to meet project needs and proactively working with other team members to ensure that project goals are met
YOU
- Experience with street lighting and building services lighting - Imperative
- Engineering or Lighting qualification looked upon favourably
- Must be proficient with AGI 32
- Sound understanding of Australian Standards for illumination - both internal and external
- Familiar with Ausgrid and Endeavour lighting standards
- A team player with excellent communication skills, including client facing
- Passion to learn with a strong work ethic
- Strong knowledge of available products & technologies related to lighting
