• Candidate dependant package of $90k to $110k including Super
• Very collaborative environment with access to Directors
• Opportunity to see projects through entire lifecycle - concept to completion

ROLE

• Attend project meetings
• Site inspections and visits
• Liaise with architects and clients
• Advisory work and associated reporting
• Heat load calculations using CAMEL software
• Design and documentation for HVAC systems
• Provision of support to Project Managers and designers
• Co-ordinate multi-disciplines with other services engineers
• Completion of documentation in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Participation in project delivery including drawing set up and documentation management, and quality assurance of project documentation

YOU

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering - recognised by Engineers Australia
• 3 to 5 years of local experience in a consulting environment
• Presents well
• Proficient with AutoCAD and CAMEL software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to quality and accuracy - attention to detail
• Experience with Australian Standards and Australian National Construction Code
• Communication skills to liaise with the team, management and external stakeholders
• Industry experience working projects such as commercial fit outs and building refurbishment across various property sectors
