The role: This established engineering company is extremely busy with the delivery of the civil engineering works for multiple large residential developments around Melbourne. You'll be working in a team of highly skilled and regarded engineers with a very strong pipeline of work. This role has been created due to ongoing growth in the company. They are now at the point where they require a Lead Civil Designer to provide technical support and motivation to their design team.
Ideally you'll have:
- Extensive civil design experience working across a range of land development projects - including roads and drainage.
- Preferably 12d or AutoCAD design capabilities.
- A great attitude and team work skills.
- Strong experience in the residential/commercial land development space.
- Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
- High work ethic and focus on delivery of top end design solutions.
