A career progression opportunity exists for a Senior / Associate Civil Engineer in their inner city suburbs based team.

Role
The role reports to the Managing Director and has responsibility for leading, mentoring and inspiring an existing civil engineering team in creating and delivering exceptional designs and drawings for the built environment, including residential, commercial, defence, retail, land development and industrial sectors.

Candidate
The successful candidate will be capable of delivering elegant, simple designs that are fit for purpose, represent the optimal design solution and accord with client expectations.

You will hold a tertiary Engineering (Civil) degree and have attained RPEQ accreditation. You may already be a Certified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or working towards that status. Either way, you will be capable of being the firm's go-to person for civil engineering issues. Your civil engineering background should span up to 10 years as a minimum and encompass stormwater, water and sewer, pavement design and roadways experience.

Regular interaction with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders calls for well-developed leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to succeed in the role.

Remuneration
The salary on offer is easily market competitive. It is negotiable based on the skills and relevant experience of the successful candidate.
