This position is working on behalf of one of Australia's fastest growing building services design specialists. They have over 20 years in the market, yet have established a well-known brand that spans several offices across the Eastern seaboard. 

They are well known to have a culture of progression, and internal development, boasting a young, ambitious, yet highly experienced leadership team that has been promoted internally.

Role

Our client has a well established electrical team of close to 40 engineers, consisting of building services, specialist lighting, audio-visual and level 3 ASP. As the team continues to grow, they are looking for an associate electrical engineer to come on board. 

As a senior leader within the business, you will support the team by providing mentorship to the team, managing key projects, and continuing to build their brand across diverse project sectors. 

Due to the unique structure of their business, this role has real potential for an ambitious engineer to put their stamp on a well-known business. You'll have the support to go out there and drive what you're passionate about and benefit from a lucrative profit share structure. 

Person

For this position, they are looking for a highly driven senior engineer, or time served associate with 8 + years experience of working in a consultancy environment. They are looking for somebody with experience of leading large projects across a diverse range of project sectors. Most importantly, they are looking for someone that is equally as passionate about innovative, progression and testing the norm.
