Our client helps their customers realize large and complex energy saving projects and supports customers from start to finish. They design, procure and deliver tailored solutions that can include: Solar PV (Roof and Ground), Lighting retrofits, Energy Storage and PPAs.
They help their customers to take control of their energy costs and get smart about how to generate, use and manage energy.

The role
We are looking for a suitably qualified, talented and hardworking Delivery Project Director to revolutionize the marketplace. Candidates should be passionate about quality and customer service in everything they say and do.
This is a wide-ranging role that will be responsible for the delivery of energy efficiency projects across NSW & ACT and as required, across Australia. You will be exposed to all facets of client engagement and delivery of energy efficiency assets, from the initial client engagement, through to the installation and quality assurance process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in the fields of Solar, Storage, LED lighting, Power Factor Correction and any other energy efficiency equipment or software.
• Work closely with the advisory team to identify and or develop, deliver and maintain appropriate energy efficiency solutions.
• Work closely with the advisory team to deliver appropriate technology solutions for customers.
• Establish and maintain delivery standards across the organization in relation to design and implementation standards.
• Deliver high quality installations of energy efficiency products.

Skills Required:

• Extensive solar, lighting or HVAC project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable confidence in communicating and building strong client relationships
• Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to remain task focused
• Passionate about and demonstrable strong OH&S governance
• Confidence in communicating and building strong client relationships
• You will have at least 5 years' experience in the energy efficiency or building services sector,
• You must have a high level of project management experience in the commercial sector along with a solid technical background,
• Be highly proficient and absolutely passionate about quality.
• Be proficient in the design and delivery experience of either Solar, LED lighting, HVAC or similar disciplines,
• You will need to have the capacity and ability to drive and deliver multiple projects of varying complexity, concurrently across multiple sites.
