We are seeking a Configuration Controller to support work being conducted in Queensland. This is a key role within a very capable team. Due to the complex nature of this project, the Configuration Management is critical for successful delivery to Defence.
Key Responsibilities
- Development, integration and maintenance of the CM Tools
- Continuous improvement of the Configuration Control System and associated processes
- Provide leadership and coach team members to increase their skills and confidence
- Preparation and delivery of project reporting to the customer at project management reviews
- Responsible for the Configuration Control Board presentations and representations
Required Skills & Experiences
- Proven Leadership Skills/ Personnel Management
- Technical Trade Qualification
- Experience within a System Program Office or on a Major Acquisition project
- 5+ years Configuration Controller experience within a Defence related contract
- Familiarity with aeronautical publications and data management processes and tools
