About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer to work in a diverse role with the chance to experience the whole project lifecycle. The role will work to support our structural engineering capability in the local market and deliver quality results for our clients. The role will provide technical input for small and medium projects and will offer detailed design and analysis acroos a variety of industries. The position is primarily office based with frequent opportunities to attend key site inspections and meetings.

We aim to support our staff in becoming chartered engineers with report certification and external technical training courses.

About you
In this role you will produce structural engineering calculations across a range of infrastructure, commercial, residential and mining projects.
You will need be technically focussed with experience in Space Gass and/or Strand7 and will have solid design skills.
You will have a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with 2 to 5 years’ post graduate experience in design engineering.
It is paramount that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a dynamic and energetic approach.
Ideally you will have worked in a consulting engineering environment and will enjoy the support of our senior team members while working on a wide variety of projects.
