We're looking for you to bring your mechanically inclined mind to our global network of Engineers.
As one of our Engineers, we'll need you to carry out on-site inspections and reporting in accordance to Australian Standards and Konecranes' Consultation Services Guidelines. You'll be conducting engineering assignments, assessments, and inspections as required, providing technical support when necessary. It's also important that you are able to carry out engineering designs and assessments.
You'll be able to confidently coordinate complex engineering reports and recommend changes to specifications or design. Your engineering expertise will support, guide and oversee our Consultation Services Group, and you'll provide support to the business through your expert engineering services.
You must be a member of the Australian Engineering Association with a relevant degree. In return, we offer a competitive salary based on your experience.
To be successful in our team you'll need to be competent with Microsoft Office products and AutoCad. You'll also show a high level of professional communication skills and have an unnerving respect for heights.
As someone who is confident and determined, you'll have top class client management and relationship skills; and of course you'll be fantastically organised in order to get yourself started on each and every project. You'll also be in charge of ensuring that all Konecranes' Consultation Engineers meet the requirements of AS25500.1 for Major Inspection and Assessments. For this reason a keen eye for detail is essential.
This role requires extensive travel, so being able to leave with short notice and a current driver's licence is a must.
