JOB TITLE: Maintenance Engineer

ROLE/DESCRIPTION
- Provide support and maintain the electrical and instrumentation equipment within the manufacturing site
- Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance Program
- Provide technical expertise and support the shift operation on the electrical and instrumentation systems
- Liaise with the internal stakeholders and plant owners to ensure success in the role
- Work on continuous improvement process
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and / or Instrumentation
- Significant years of experience in the manufacturing environment, i.e. pharmaceutical, medical devices, consumer goods, industrial, etc.
- Track record in continuous improvement program
- Ability to build effective working relationship with technicians and internal stakeholders
- Good communication and leadership skills
