An opportunity has arisen for an Asset Manager to join our team. This position will be a key contributor in delivering high quality Asset Management across the Fiona Stanley Hospital.
As a senior member of the Estate’s Team, you will empower and support your team to deliver an exceptional service. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Delivery & Continuous Improvement of the Asset Management provision for all required assets and equipment on behalf of the Estates Service;
- Accountability for Asset Management across all services lines and maintain a clear RACI Matrix to ensure roles are understood;
- Manage and co ordinate the input and update of all asset related information including drawings, warranties, certifications etc in a timely manner;
- Create, review and update the Upgrade Works Schedule as may be required to replace, refurbish or upgrade relevant assets;
- Input to the development of policies and procedures related to asset management provision and the Estate service
- Managing a small team with exceptional leadership and a “lead by example” mentality
To be successful in this position you will require the following skills and attributes:
- Diploma or Degree qualification in Engineering, Asset Management or Equivalent Discipline
- Extensive demonstrated asset management experience within a large facility environment
- Well developed understanding of asset management programs (eg PAS 55/ISO 5500 suite of standards) inclusive of lifecycle in complex environments
- An eye for detail and analytical reporting exposing trends and exceptions in data
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to influence coach and negotiate at all levels.
- A high work and customer service ethic with excellent relationship building skills.
- Sound business acumen and a track record of delivering value-add impact in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong operational management and a continuous improvement mindset.
- General knowledge and background in Hard FM Services and equipment within a Hospital will be advantageous.
