With a history of 50 years, this Australian multidisciplinary consultancy is now one of Melbourne's leading consultancies for specialising in building design and construction, with a modern, spacious office and project portfolio consisting of high profile large scale residential, commercial and institutional projects they are immediately seeking to further expand their large award winning team.
  
Due to ongoing demand and continued growth they are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer, you will work directly under one of the firms directors in a team leader capacity to produce to design, documentation and delivery of multi storey concrete developments including residential apartments, office blocks and buildings, healthcare facilities and major school buildings, you will use your experience to mitigate any project risks that should arise and liaise with key project stakeholders to provide specialist advice.
  
As the successful candidate you will have:

• 10+ years of consulting experience as a Structural Engineer
• A sound technical ability
• Experience leading or managing other engineers and drafters
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Established local networks would be an advantage

The successful candidate will be a hands on member of the management team with a very close involvement in their teams projects, you will be responsible for project outcomes and deadlines, this role would be suitable for an established Associate Structural Engineer, or an ambitious Senior Structural Engineer that is ready and prepared to take the next step in their career, you will be offered a highly attractive remuneration package and shareholding.
