The ongoing success of the firm has afforded them an impressive portfolio of projects both locally and internationally. They are active in a numbers of sectors including commercial, retail, education, government and mixed-use markets.   

ABOUT THE POSITION.
 
Your role as a Mechanical Design Engineer will involve all facets of delivering mechanical designs on current and upcoming commercial, mixed-use, and education projects. You will be working in a collaborative team of 10, where your expertise will be utilised throughout the entire design process. As the team grows, your position as a Senior will be advanced based on your career ambitions and your performance. 

DUTIES.
  • Prepare and deliver heat load calculations
  • Regular interaction and liaison with the team of Engineers
  • Daily use of CAMEL 
  • Liaise with clients, buildings services contractors and other disciplines  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering 
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer in either a consulting or mechanical contracting environment 
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian building codes and standards
  • Proficiency in CAMEL and AutoCAD 
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP is advantageous but not essential
