This role would suit either a strong Senior Structural Engineer who has spent time on site and is wanting to have a more dedicated role at the construction management phase.
Alternatively someone who is already working as a site engineer within a consultancy and is looking to work on larger scale projects. Plenty of high rise work here over 20 storeys. Work under an experienced Site Engineer who heads up the construction arm.
- Dedicated site role, key interface between site and design office
- Project leader on selected projects ($10m to $300m)
- Site inspections – new builds, repairs, upgrades and maintenance
- Tender documents, contractor tender submission evaluations and contract management
- Emerging leader in the building space dedicated to original and highly buildable design solutions
- Company car provided for business and personal use
- Suit an adaptable, motivated, personable leader who can unite teams and deal with differing demands
- Privately owned, profit share available
Requirements: Ideally 7 years experience as a Structural Engineer in a consultancy environment, with exposure to site inspections within the multi-storey buildings space.
