A key Land Development consultancy who are overflowing with work is looking for two Senior Civil Engineers / Designers to join their team in their Melbourne CBD offices (options eastern suburbs too)

You will be a competent 12D (Or Civil 3D) designer working in the Land or Urban Development industry now or had this exposure in the past. You will be a forward thinker and love solving problems, a dynamic engineer/designer who is keen to progress within this role and who has a passion to do well.
 
Duties as a Senior Civil Engineer / Designer

• Technical Design, documentation and delivery of a number of highly technical projects in Land Development - Subdivision across Residential – industrial – commercial and infrastructure.
• Design Documentation Reviews;
• Checking and Supervision of Design/Drafting;
• Assist in the preparation of project feasibilities, servicing strategy plans and master plans
• Assist with preparation and coordination of tender submissions, and project proposals
• Liaise with other staff, project teams and stakeholders

To apply for the Senior Civil Engineer / Designer role:

• Min 5 years’ Experience Civil Designing (ideally all within Land Development – Sub Divisions or the associated civil for buildings)
• Degree in Civil Engineering OR a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Land Development industry and be Diploma qualified
• Demonstrated experience in designing Roads, Stormwater Drainage, WSUD, Water & Sewer, Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Car Parks, Pavements, intersections, Drainage and/or more...
• Sound knowledge of 12D and AutoCAD (Civil 3D will also be considered)
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related discipline.
• Local water authority accreditation (desirable)
• Demonstrates a strong client focus
• Sound time and task management skills
