An international contracting giant is looking for a Rail Construction Manager to join the bid team. The construction manager will manage the bid process, overseeing the panel installation, signalling and sub-contractor engagement and construct-ability .
  
Responsibilities, include but not limited to: 

• Oversee and Support all aspects of  bid process for the rail panel installation, existing lines and signalling 
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and Project Managers, to ensure requirements are considered 
• Provide support to bid process on technical issues, client issues and resource issues.
• Work collaboratively with Bid Managers and bid team, suppliers and various stakeholder groups to achieve best results looking toward award.

  
Minimum Skills and Experience Required  

• Tertiary Engineering qualification
• A minimum of 10 years’ Specialist experience in engineering management on rail construction projects;
• Demonstrated technical experience as a Construction Manager working on rail projects.
• Managerial experience in leading successful teams in the delivery of complex rail engineering programs of work
• Knowledge of principles & practices of contract and project management, risk management, project scheduling & management, program development & administration, and budget preparation & administration.
