This well-known and highly respected organisation is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join their experienced infrastructure planning team. This high performing team manages maintenance, continuous improvement and planning of the civil assets within the team. The position is responsible for the management of programs and projects related to the management of critical assets, asset maintenance and asset renewals, whilst providing daily guidance and sound engineering advice on assets to Project Managers and all stakeholders.
  
Ideally you will have a degree in Degree in Civil or Engineering or equivalent, suitable professional qualifications and experience. Experience in road construction, water infrastructure or similar civil industry is definitely required. This person will also have the ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding performance risk for civil asset classes and individual assets. This role will prepare or manage the development and documentation of maintenance and renewal strategies while developing service management and performance strategies of several civil infrastructure projects. Knowledge and experience in interpreting relevant acts such as the Local Government Acts. 

Experience working in government, civil contracting or consulting organisations are  relevant organisations  for this positon.
