Our immediate requirement is for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Operations Teams in Milson’s Point, NSW.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative product, process and system solutions to create business efficiencies and product enhancements. This is the perfect role for a Senior Electrical Engineer with broad execution skills who strives to evaluate business processes, understand requirements and aiding in the solution design.
You will help create and drive the projects of work with the team whilst bringing order, focus and innovation.
Your experience will include:
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in a dynamic environment
- Tertiary engineering degree
- Ability to effectively and collaboratively identify and synchronise project interdependencies across multiple teams and navigate risks and change along the way
- Love for leading technical cross-functional projects and championing delivery success throughout your team
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with great creative problem-solving skills
- Real passion for coaching and mentoring graduate engineers on relevant project management practices and promote, define, refine and carry out lightweight processes that fit our culture and values
- Sourcing and scoping new products, processes and solutions.
- Ability to lead a Team of in house Developers to build system requirements for operating platform.
- Producing high level design briefs for development teams
- Designing UAT protocols.
- Championing outstanding communication with your clients, project teams and management.
- Strong understanding of processes to identify requirements for improved and effort reduced solutions
- Thorough understanding of change management principles required to improve and drive outstanding business efficiencies.
- Contribute, improve and maintain our Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) policies & procedures.
