My client seeks a Senior structural engineer to Assist with the development and growth of the Structural department through technical delivery whilst building and maintaining professional relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Structural Engineers will be well versed in advanced structural engineering design across Commercial, industrial, high-end residential and Multi-level building projects. The business is now executing the final phase of a strategy to grow and have a succession programme in place to develop a Senior engineer to become the structural branch manager.
 
This is an evolving consultancy with many interesting facets to the business. A high caliber delivery team, friendly outlook, parking, social calendar events and close to PT. If your ambition is to develop and fast track into management this is an excellent opportunity
 
Criteria
 

• 10+ yrs in commercial, industrial and institutional projects
• Post tensioned concrete structures
• Liaison with all external customers and partners
• Rounded structural experience with some civil storm water and drainage understanding
• Registered building practitioner
• Prepared to assist with office growth
• Support fee submissions and bids.
• Ability to manage the existing design teams mentoring and guiding juniors
• Managing financial aspects
