Our client is a long established mid sized consultancy in the Land and Urban Development sector. A rare opportunity has come up for a Senior Design Draftsperson to lead the small drafting team. 

You will using AutoCAD and 12D to produce all drawings and working closely with a very good team of Engineers, and hands on Management. Typical projects include multi lot subdivisions, some industrial projects together with associated urban design

It is essential that you have at least 7 years of experience as a Civil Design Draftsperson and are a highly proficient AutoCAD and 12D user. You will possess a good working knowledge of Water Corporation design standards and WA local government requirements. Varied experience with subdivision or similar projects and experience. Previous team leadership experience will also hold you in good stead. 

The position will be on a permanent salary basis with the salary negotiable on experience.
