We have an exciting newly created opportunity for an Analytics Engineer to join our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) business in Brisbane.

As Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for the efficient triaging of the Dynamic Tasking cases as part of the Outcome Based Service offering. You will undertake a contemporary approach to service, employing new tools, new technologies to better service building management and security systems and provide Honeywell customers with transparency of action and outcome underscoring the value you add to their facility and business. Daily, you will be driving forward actions, providing recommendations on how to enhance building performance, comfort improvements, occupant experience and providing customers with the transparency to make more informed CAPEX and OPEX decisions. You will be a key resource in the flow of cases and making decisions from both a commercial aspect and ensuring customer value through the delivery of Outcome Based Service.

To successfully achieve the objectives of this role, it is expected you have obtained a professional qualification aligned with HVAC control systems with industry experience and knowledge of installation, maintenance and fault investigation. You will also be able to demonstrate both knowledge of, and experience in ICT and network communication, as well as thorough applied understanding of IOT (Internet of Things) technology, mitigation of Cyber Security risks, Mobile Apps, HVAC mechanical systems, DDC and controls systems and knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures.
