We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. We are an innovative company with local knowledge and insight, involved in systems integration of complex Defence equipment and testing.
The Defence project is responsible for upgrading the surveillance, navigation and timing capabilities of Defence platforms, including support systems and equipment. The main technology focus areas are the upgrades to military Identification Friend or Foe and civil Secondary Surveillance Radar systems on existing operational Defence platforms.
Desirable attributes:
• Engineering or maintenance experience with Military platforms
• Engineering degree
• Test and Evaluation experience
• Knowledge of Australian military technical regulatory frameworks
• Technical writing skills
• Previous ADF Systems Operations experience
• Motivated with a solutions-focused approach to problem solving
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability and a willingness to travel nationally
