About the company
A global pharmaceutical manufacturer with multiple sites in Australia, producing products used widely to prevent serious illness and improve human health. They operate large state of the art manufacturing facilities that run in an aseptic clean room environment, with high hygiene and regulatory requirements - they're also highly automated wet/liquid processes.
About the role
As the Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for directing and overseeing maintenance activity for electrical equipment and plant instrumentation assets, you will troubleshoot to resolve plant issues by implementing short term, as well as long term root cause solutions.
About you
We're looking for someone with the following:
- Relevant engineering degree (likely electrical, possibly mechatronic)
- Experience in a manufacturing based maintenance role
- Relevant industry experience (pharma, dairy, food and beverage, chemical, automotive etc)
- Experience with plant instrumentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
