Due to the continuous success of our Asia Pacific operations, we currently have an exciting opportunity to guide our Overhead Wiring Engineering team in our Victorian Rail division.

Attributes:

• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent client skills coupled with desire and ability to be in a client-facing role;
• Ability to effectively project manage and work with a local and national team of resources, taking responsibility for the quality and timeliness of deliverables;
• Ability to work autonomously on concurrent tasks with excellent time management skills, and;
• Desire and ability to provide leadership, training and guidance to junior staff as required.

Background:

• Relevant tertiary education qualifications, i.e. Electrical or Mechanical;
• Possess or have credentials to gain Chartered Status (Engineering Australia preferable);
• Proven track record of experience working in the Rail sector;
• Involved with detailed design work and delivery for OHW in Australia (preferable) and/or abroad, and;
• Experience in OHW traction construction in railway environment.
