- FIFO 6:2 (weeks) to Africa
RobLawMax is partnered with a consulting business with an excellent reputation in partnership with a global mining house. On the back of a landmark project award, three positions have been created for a Process Engineers to be involved in assisting in the commissioning, start up and improvement projects of the operation. The operation is based in Africa.
With strong working knowledge of hydrometallurgical processing in brownfield or operations environments, you will demonstrate competency in working with metallurgical leadership to scope and drive packages to improvement process yields as production increases over the next year.
To be successful in this role you must possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Process or Chemical Engineer
- Experience ranging from 3-10 years’ post graduate in hydromet plant projects or operations environments
- Knowledge across PID loop settings, Leaching, Acid Dilution, SX, EW, Cu/cobalt separation
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to pass knowledge onto national engineers
- The ability to work on a 6/2 FIFO roster to Africa
