Job Description:
Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage projects
- Undertake investigation and design work
- Contribute to tender proposals, reports, documentation and deliverables
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Mentoring Junior Engineers
Your Skills, Qualities & Experience
You have excellent technical ability and innovative ideas, and are able to provide reliable advice on water and wastewater engineering projects. You have the ability to liaise with clients, nurturing and developing long-term relationships. You can work autonomously, able to deliver quality work and passionate about what you do. You are experienced with AutoCAD or a similar software and 3D modelling, and knowledgeable in Australian design codes. In summary, you have the following qualifications/skills:
- A Degree in Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- Relevant experience in the water industry
- Technical skills needed in planning and execution of water/wastewater projects
- Demonstrated ability in detailed planning, concept design, and modelling
- Sound knowledge of Water Retaining codes
- Ability to work on multiple projects, and are able to prioritise
- Strong client relationship building skills
