Your new company
This diverse federal government department is responsible for the investment and development of infrastructure programs throughout Australia. In promoting local economic growth, this department aims to service the needs of regional communities and implement policy to plan for the future.

Your new role
To support the delivery of projects in Australia’s external territories, a Project Officer is required to manage the contracted commercial services provider. In reporting to the Project Director, this individual will play a vital role in the evaluation of tenders, preparing briefs for submissions and providing administrative support in regards to meetings and financial reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You are an experiences Project Officer, who’s career to date has encompassed client side contract and project management.

• A strong background in Project Management within local, state or federal government will be highly regarded.
• Experience with contracts administration on complex or sensitive projects.
• Demonstrated ability in the preparation of evaluation reports, briefs and submissions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Due to the nature of the work a baseline security clearance is required (NV1/NV2)
