Eltek is a leading global supplier of DC power systems and UPS for the Telco, IT, Industrial and Alternative Energy segments. A position has become available for a Technical Sales Support Engineer at our Belrose office.

Role Summary:

The Industrial Engineering department consists of small, customer-facing teams made up of one Account Manager and our Solutions Support Engineers. Each of these teams manages a set of key accounts, and has a responsibility to explore the market for new accounts. This support role will be providing technical and administrative support to the Industrial Markets sales teams across Melbourne and Sydney.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Document and information management
• Quality assurance across all projects
• Technical Drawing/Drafting and collation of tender drawings and documentation
• Coordination to meet DIFOT (delivery in full on time ) across all projects and deliverables
• Liaison and communication with all key stakeholders
• Interface with Quality Management and Continuous Improvement elements of the business
• Quotation and tender support for the sales and engineering team
• Customer sales enquiries

The successful candidate:

• Will have a formal Qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (recognized by IEAust)
• Have 3 - 10 years experience within a relevant field
• Be self driven
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to follow process but also be able to think freely
• Experience in Visio and Autocad will be highly regarded (but not essential).
