Our client is one of the world's leading professional services companies operating in the global markets of water, energy and resources, environment, property and buildings, and transportation.
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Junior Mechanical / Piping Drafter to join our clients Plant & Process team based in Brisbane CBD.
As a Junior Drafter for our client you will -
- Learn all facets of CAD, drafting and design techniques and gain skills in relevant computer programs; and
- Provide accurate and efficient drafting services for the Business Unit in accordance with project times and budgets, with detailed supervision
The successful candidate will have -
- Successfully completed Grade 12
- Have an Advanced Diploma of Mechanical Engineering at an approved university or Tafe
You will also possess -
- An ability to gain and apply knowledge of engineering drawing techniques and CAD packages
- AutoCAD experience preferably
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment
- An ability to problem solve and manage your time effectively
