Your New Job?
If you are a FPGA hardware engineer looking for a challenging role, have a thorough understanding of Verilog or VHDL, and experience with mid-end Altera and Xilinx FPGAs, then consider this opportunity. In this job, you'll be working with a team of skilled hardware engineers that uses existing developing custom IP cores. This team has an impressive track-record of successful product design and their products are well known throughout the world.
Main focus:
To do this job you'll need at least 5 years hands-on experience in FPGA hardware design for embedded systems and a proven track record in product research and development. The team uses Verilog, but good VHDL skills will also be considered. The projects use a mix of Vivaldo and Quartus tool sets and involve simulation and testing of Verilog blocks and systems. We are looking for someone who can understand new algorithms and implement them efficiently in hardware. These are applications where every LUT counts! Experience designing custom IP cores is highly regarded, but not necessary.
Industry experience in other sectors renowned for requiring complex and high speed designs, such as telecommunications, video processing, high-speed trading and networking is considered relevant.
