SEE Civil currently have two opportunities available for Project Engineers to join the Infrastructure Team on our new projects in the Northern NSW Region and Western Downs Region in QLD. These are full-time roles reporting to the Project Manager where you will be responsible for providing advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of our construction projects. You will also be responsible for meeting project milestones, conducting quality assurance, project administration, financial reporting and ensuring health and safety of our employees, contractors and visitors.

To work in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor level tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil) or similar;   
  • Proven experience working on Civil Infrastructure Projects;
  • Background in Engineering, Construction and Delivery processes and experience in actual project delivery;
  • Proven management skills, practices and planning ability;
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities;
  • Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts, specifications, Australian standards;
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships;
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications;
  • Highly effective planning, organising and problem solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others; and
  • High attention to detail.
