The role
Design Associate / Designer sought for an ambitious, multi-disciplinary team of 200 located in Melbourne's CBD. As part of the Traffic and Transport team, you'll be helping with drafting, design and where skills permit, tender documentation, to see new work being won and existing work being delivered more effectively. 

The company is highly regarded in the engineering consultancy space. They are known Australia wide for their commitment to their staff and clients. They do nothing but impressive work on a wide range of projects - healthcare centres, residential towers, mixed use community precincts, infrastructure upgrades and developments, business centres, recreational facilities. The work is varied, usually fast paced. 

Day to day, you'll be working alongside Project Directors to maximise their time by assisting with design and documentation on project specific challenges. You'll use CAD and likely Microstation as tools to help you complete the work. 

You may also do some modelling work if this interests you. The sky is the limit in terms of career progression, there is no box you must fit into.
