As we continue to secure new projects we continue to grow our EDS Engineering Team. We are currently looking for 2D CAD design support that will play an active role on our EDS program working with our main customer Ford Australia.
This is an extremely busy environment supporting the broader EDS team to ensure all regulatory requirements, quality targets, cost targets and delivery milestones are met. This role is predominately working from our company's main office in Thomastown.
Essential Job functions and Responsibilities
-Support the systems architecture and development of 2D/ 3D CAD.
-Support EDS team core product new technologies.
- Controlling & Creating EDS 2D Harness Drawings/System Schematics;
- Providing administrative support to EDS engineering where required;
- Drawing and Document control for EDS Engineering;
- Responsible for releasing new design levels when requested;
- Support the development of harness tools such as Zuken E3/ CAE tools;
- Control of system level documentation;
- Control of sample parts; and
- Support the creation of Design Change Request documentation.

- Enthusiasm and desire to learn new products and processes.)
- Circuit design experience (Optional)
- CAD design tool experience (optional)
Qualifications :-
- Completion of high school education.
