- Ongoing contract position
Due to an increase in brownfield & sustaining capital spend from their client this local engineering consultancy are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Designer to join their design team on an ongoing contract basis.
You will be working in an established design team with a client that has a long-term association with this iron ore operator.
Duties will include:
- Plant modification design & relocation of materials handling plant & equipment
- Providing support to client engineers on site and working with Lead Engineers in Perth
- Working on projects across several mine sites
To be considered for this position you will have:
- At least 10 years’ experience in mechanical materials handling design working on iron ore projects
- Experience working on brownfield iron ore projects
- Proficiency in 2D/3D Microstation
