- This role will assist the current National Urban Development Manager to continue to build a Urban development civil design team that you would be ultimately responsible for
- Daily responsibilities include managing the design process for projects including client meetings, design and internal project management
- Naturally this would require someone with good client facing skills on top of day to day design for urban developers and large landowners
- There would be some cross over into the transport division as the urban team grows
- One of the well regarded and sought after consultancies in the land development space
- Considered very professional in their approach and targeted in the people they attract
Requires at least 10 years’ experience (Sydney based) with a wealth of experience in Urban Development subdivision and Urban renewal space.12D proficiency a must.
