Our client is a national utility contractor that has a requirement for a Project Manager to deliver utility infrastructure projects with both private and state clients across the Sydney region. This contractor has a very recognisable name across the industry and most media outlets with good reason. They have had an incredible couple of years with some interesting acquisitions.    
 
Our client’s project exposure is within state utility programs, WWTP, service relocation, Water reticulation, sewer, Roads and Rail. As a Project Manager joining this contractor you will be offered a long and rewarding career path with super diverse utility infrastructure allowing you to continue to learn new install techniques and technologies as well as earning excellent remuneration. The current workload for the successful Project Manager in this position will be $32M.
 
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in civil engineering and have at least 11 years of proven project delivery experience backed by references from previous/current direct reports and even client testimonials.
 
As Project Manager your duties will include:

• Review designs and offer alternative construction methodology for contracts across the Sydney region 
• Oversee all contracts for Subbies and suppliers including procurement
• Overall accountability for set projects to be delivered
• Manage and work closely with HSEQ teams
• Coordinate own engineers, commercial staff and all subcontractors
• Take part in National and Local client meetings
• Cash flow planning and control for all upcoming and current projects
• Manage PNL’s for all projects
