Goodline is a construction and maintenance company specialising in serving remote areas of Australia, with offices in Weipa (QLD), Darwin (NT) and Port Hedland (WA). We specialise in steel fabrication, steel erection, demolition, scaffolding, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and civil works.
Goodline is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a Graduate Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to join our Estimating Team at our head office on the Sunshine Coast.
Key duties of this role will include assisting our Estimating Team in the following areas below:
- Development of tender bids
- Development of project schedules and work plans
- Procurement and sourcing competitive quotes
- Quantity take off and Project Co-ordination.
- Quoting and preparation of documentation
- Participate in operational meetings both on and offsite
- Provide leadership, develop and maintain a safety culture within our workforce
Applicants who meet the following criteria will be highly regarded:
- Formal Engineering qualifications (Electrical/Mechanical or similar)
- Demonstrated experience in a mining or construction environment
- Sound communication skills
- A flexible approach to working hours
- Sound to high computer literacy in Microsoft office suite packages
