We have a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Principal Consultant, Electrical Engineering to lead a team of electrical engineering specialists in driving revenue growth by managing all proposals and projects.
Reporting to the Director Consultancy Service Delivery and based in our Parramatta Head Office, key responsibilities include:
- Providing effective leadership of the electrical engineering technical team
- Managing the electrical engineering team to drive revenue growth across diverse industry segments targeting both existing and new clients
- Managing all sales opportunities, proposals and projects allocated to the team
- Assisting management in business and products development
- Contributing to the development and implementation of a competency-based training framework for the team
To get our attention, we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a technical consulting role
- Electrical Engineering qualifications
- Demonstrated Team leadership experience
- Relevant professional accreditations
