Due to organic growth and the successful tender of new projects this companies Brisbane office is requiring a skilled Project Engineer to help deliver medium sized bridge projects for Queensland Rail and Department of Main Roads.
You will Coordinate with Foremen ensuring the smooth successful pours, maintaining a positive relationship between site staff, contractors and concrete suppliers. You will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for the structural elements including:
- Quality assurance
- Matching design with construction
- Project safety
- Preparing stat reports
Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering will be required along with 4 - 8 years of proven experience of onsite coordinating of construction / engineering with the principle contractor.
