This successful civil contractor operates at a national level with a significant presence in every state. They deliver medium to large infrastructure projects such as: major highway upgrades, mining infrastructure, master planned communities and large water treatment facilities. With the market shifting they are going to be strategically targeting major airport (pavement / apron upgrades that are being planned across the domestic / international organisations and The Australian Defence Force.
We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to initially: target, help win and deliver packages up to $50M. We need someone with recent experience in delivering airport: heavy scale specialized pavements, aprons, taxi ways perimeter roads & complex communications services / drainage packages for clients such as BAC or ADF.
You will have functional authority for all aspects of the project and be responsible for:
- Control and manage ADF & Airport Security Requirements for direct labour and sub-contractors
- Manage and control strict environmental controls under Federal Legislation
- Working next to live Taxiway and existing Apron
- Monthly Management and client reports
- Manage and control monthly claims
