About the role.

The Senior/Principal Mechanical engineer will be able to generate their own work and run their own projects whilst working together with your colleagues in other disciplines.

The Senior/Principal Mechanical engineer will have extensive Sydney experience and be able to utilize your own network whilst having access to an established client base to drive the business forward.

The Senior/Principal Mechanical engineer will be tasked as acting as project manager on the various jobs you will be running from conception to delivery.
You will have industrial and buildings experience but will have the flexibility to enable you to take on new challenging areas should you see fit and ideally bringing technical due diligence experience. Sitting under the NSW leader you will have the freedom to express yourself with little bureaucracy holding you back. 

You will be mentored by one of the best in the business and work with household names including national department stores, commercial and residential property firms. You will have the support of your own design team and will not have to export drawings overseas increasing your efficiency on your deliverables. 

About the candidate

• An Engineering degree in Mechanical / Building Services with a minimum of 10 years' experience
• A minimum of 7 years Building Services involvement with 3 years of local Sydney experience with a proven clientel
• Chartered in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in managing and motivating a team of engineers and technicians to bring about positive outcomes that add value to our clients
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work environments, work responsibilities and technologies
