Base Criteria
At least 8 years experience within Facilities Management, 5 years Technical FM and minor works experience gained within Australia supporting a large site – tertiary education, healthcare, aged care or defence.
Outline Duties
Managing and overseeing the delivery of M&E, HVAC and Fire Maintenance as well as Minor Works and CapEx upgrades across a large site, working with the specialist equipment team to ascertain building services plant requirements to support new equipment installations, scoping the works, and managing project delivery through a team of contractors.
Dealing with a large number of stakeholders you will be a strong technical facilities manager who will be responsible for the management, guidance and delivery of the Minor Works, CapEx Upgrades and ensuring that best practice Facilities Management Solutions are implemented.
Skills and Attributes
- Leadership, management and coordination of all aspects (from brief and scoping to installation, commissioning and delivery) relating to the Facilities Minor Works, CapEx Upgrades and Warranty Maintenance.
- M&E / HVAC Trade Qualification, with broad Technical knowledge.
- Deliver Facilities Minor Works and Projects across M&E / HVAC plant and equipment.
- Provide regular reporting for all stakeholders including project briefs, planning and scheduling, and ongoing timescales and delivery / commissioning.
- Responsible for the Facilities Minor Works and associated HSEQ policies, procedures and systems that support a safe and professional work ethic.
- Available to commence immediately, with a valid driver’s licence.
